Great advice. I make it a point to read at least three poems a day - but I mostly write fiction - I would add

several other poets to the list - (there are so many great poets)- Ada Limon, Claude McKay, Deborah Landau, Maggie Smith, Lawrence Ferlinghetti, Lucille Clifton, Audre Lorde, Rilke, Rita Dove - I could go on and on.
